Saturday Awards
Luncheon
Please e-mail me the name of any Lion(s) (give
LION and CLUB NAME) who will be presented with a Melvin Jones
Fellowship or a Franklin Mason Fellowship at the Convention Awards
Luncheon on Saturday.
The luncheon is Saturday, January 14th from 12:00 -1:30 p.m. at the
Embassy Suites. The district will cover the luncheon cost of $15 for
the above recipients.
In addition, if you would like to nominate for consideration a Lion(s)
from your Club for a "District Appreciation Award" or a "Presidential
Award", please e-mail their NAME and CLUB.
Please let me know of any awards
or nominations by Thursday, December 15th.
There will be "open" seating Saturday night for the banquet.
Clubs will be parading their "club banners" at the beginning of the
opening ceremony for the banquet Saturday evening. Please plan to bring
your banner, pole and stand if you have one.
Please let me know if you don't have a stand.
